Over 80 hives under Hřebeč hill allow us to produce more than 8000 litres of our famous mead every year.

We like to do things the old-fashioned way. Starting with gentle beekeeping and original recipes, the delicious taste is created with the help of wine yeasts and 6 weeks of fermentation.

Natural mead without chemical additives changes its colour and taste properties every year, just like vintage wine.
Because we only use the water and honey of our own bees, our mead has its own unique and special charm year in, year out. Our recipes stay the same and only the honey changes.

The secret of our delicate original taste is the result of true craftsmanship, original recipes, carefully selected herbs and above all the first-class quality of the honey of our own bees.
We are a family business and since 2002 we have made 11 original meads as well as over 10 types of beer in the Podlesí brewery. Other popular drinks from our workshop are Celtic Korma, a combination of mead and beer, and a new summer drink Mudu, a first-class mead combined with an exotic yuzu fruit.
