Njörd

A unique combination of bitter nut and sweet honey. ​

We collect green walnuts at milk maturity and add star anise and cloves to embellish the nutty flavours.

The mead with the most distinctive character combines a total of twenty-one herbs, forming a sweet and bitter taste.

Bitter root, sagebrush and calamus are balanced by the tenderness of mint, lemon balm and lavender.
